One row in your dataset. A 10,000-row CSV = 10,000 rows. Rows are counted when a cleaning job runs, not when data is uploaded. If you run the same dataset twice, it counts twice.

Yes. Upgrade anytime and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll never be charged more than you expected.

We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can upgrade before your cycle resets, or wait — jobs that would exceed the limit are queued rather than rejected, so you don't lose work in progress.

CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) are available on Pro and Business plans. Starter supports CSV upload and export only.

Your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2. Every customer's data runs in an isolated environment — your files never touch another account's processing. You can delete your data at any time, and deletion is cryptographically verified. See our Security page for details.
